- Giant Print and Braille picture books at Nottingham Central Library and Hyson Green Library
- Giant Print books for older children at Nottingham Central Library
- Penpal to use with a special collection of dual language picture books at Hyson Green Library. Penpal provides an audio version, in human voice, of the text when the pen touches each page. This can also be easily changed to read in different languages so is useful to parents or children with sight loss, children learning to read or children and families where English is not their first language
Home Library Service
The Home Library Service is free for people with restricted mobility and carers who cannot get in to a library.
Bringing books, including large print, talking books, films and CDs to your door, roughly every 3 weeks. Delivered by friendly regular staff or trained and experienced volunteers, who will chat with you about the books you like to read and reserve titles for you.
